By accessing or using Lighty ("Services"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, do not use the Services.

Lighty is provided "AS-IS" without warranty. We do not guarantee Lighty will work with your lights. Lighty is not responsible for any damage caused by the app. No refunds will be issued for incompatibility, failed operations, or damage to your devices or lighting systems.
If a dispute is opened on your account (chargeback, payment dispute, etc.), your subscription will be cancelled immediately without credits, refunds, or compensation.
You must be 18+ to use Lighty. You agree all information you provide is true, accurate, and current.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must not use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable law.
You may not: (1) use bots, scripts, or automation to access Lighty; (2) harvest or scrape data; (3) attempt to bypass security features; (4) transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code; or (5) interfere with the Services' operation.
New users receive a 7-day free trial. At trial end, your payment method will be charged for your chosen subscription plan unless cancelled.
Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Cancel anytime in your account settings to stop future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Cash App Pay. You authorize us to charge your payment method for purchases. We may refuse or cancel any order.
We may change subscription prices. Price changes apply to renewals, not current subscriptions.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including service incompatibility, interruptions, or damage.
Lighty may link to third-party websites or content. We are not responsible for third-party sites, their policies, or any transactions you make with them. Use third-party services at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law: (1) Lighty is provided "AS-IS" without warranties of any kind; (2) we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages; (3) our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 6 months before the claim; (4) we are not responsible for interruptions, downtime, or service errors; (5) we are not responsible for damages to your devices, lighting systems, or data caused by Lighty.
You agree to defend and indemnify Lighty and Jacob Bolduc from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of the Services, violation of these terms, or infringement of others' rights.
Our Privacy Policy (https://lightyapp.xyz/privacy) is incorporated into these terms. By using Lighty, you consent to our privacy practices. The Services are hosted in Canada.
We may terminate your account or access to Lighty at any time without notice or liability for any reason. Upon termination, all your data and account access will be removed.
We may change these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date indicates the most recent version. Your continued use means you accept the changes. We may also modify or discontinue Lighty or any features without liability.
These terms are governed by Canadian law. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration in Montreal, Canada, unless the claim involves intellectual property, theft, privacy, or injunctive relief (which may be brought in court). You must attempt informal resolution for 30 days before arbitration.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Lighty. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains valid. We may assign our rights under these terms. You may not assign your rights. There is no partnership, employment, or agency relationship created by these terms.
By using Lighty, you consent to electronic communications and agreements. You waive any requirement for original signatures or paper records.
